Few weeks ago, we had completed the production of 6 test interfaces for one customer. This made to measure tools are designed then manufactured in our workshops and will equip a in-circuit tester in order to validate quality & functionality of customer’s product. We add a new service in our test offer manufacturing internally these test interfaces, bed of nails ones.
Our customer was looking for an agile & competitive test solution. To meet this need and guarantee the coverage test required, we propose to develop 6 made-to-measure test interfaces and also softwares related in order to perform structural & functional testing on a in-circuit tester. So, among these interfaces, 4 of them are bed of nails and intended to stuctural testing, the two remaining intended to functional testing.
These test interfaces have been entirely produced in our group : production of specifications (test points locations, nails size…), 3D design, production in our mechanical workshop, development of test program softwares…
An internal production of these test tools allows us to halve the usual leadtime of market ; a great asset to increase industrialization part & new product introduction on the market.
Thanks to our know-how complementarity (test expertize, mechanical, wiring…), we propose to our customers a flexible & reactive solution to design and manufacture test interfaces especially bed of nails.
