CSR : Responsive company
Strive towards a sustainable development
Aware of our responsibility as industrial and employer, Selha group puts the CSR (Corporate Social Responsability) at the heart of our strategy, pursuing the goal to respond to the environmental and social challenges linked to our activities. In 2021, we asked all our stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, associations, civil society) about their CSR expectations in order to build a trust & sustainable relationships and to anchor our actions closer to their needs. From these answers, Selha Group has defined its CSR roadmap combining the group challenges and stakeholders aspirations.
Our priority of actions:
Since 2016, we have been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
Know-how
Develop and sustain our activity
50 years of experience have enabled us to develop a real and rare know-how. A know-how, carried out by our employees, has built the Selha Group excellence. That’s why we are fully aware of the great importance for preserving and fostering human-skills capital by training and innovation. We are committed to the upgrade and transmission of electronic trades among younger generations. So, we have created in 2004 our own electronic training center (approved by French government) to train future talents.

We are convinced that over the acceleration of technological evolutions, collaboration with external actors (engineering offices, cluster, associations, and schools) is key to detect new opportunities and make progress in innovation.
