The CSR approach within Selha Group

Fully aware of our key-role as an industrial actor for a most sustainable economy, we remain committed to be a driver with our stakeholders. We are convinced that we have to build collectively  a most responsible sector. That’s why we wanted to gather all our ecosystem to discuss together about our societal, social & environnemental challenges.

A morning with few inspiring speeches

We were very pleased to welcome 3 high quality speakers during this event. They provided rich insights about CSR themes directly linked to our industrial sector.

Émile Ezzeddine, from the UN Global Compact (France network) about the global warming : causes, consequences, trends & solutions undertaken.

Éric Bergé, from the Shift Project about the industry decarbonation

David Olivier, from Renault about the « Renaulution » the strategic plan of the car manufacturer to combine performance & sustainability

The morning continued by a visit of our production plant. The attendees discovered our CSR concrete actions : radiant heating, heat pumps, refurbishing & after-sales service of electronical products…

Thematic workshops during the afternoon !

Divided into groups, our attendees discussed about differents themes linkend to our industrial ecosystem & CSR during 4 workshops : low-carbon strategy, energy optimisation, eco design, product life extension. Brainstormings, dialogue & discussions enabled the 4 groups to propose numerous ideas and areas for work in each workshops.
