THE CHALLENGE

In an increasingly connected world, performance and networks availability become essential stakes for telecom market. To solve potential material failures which could impact the user experience, telecom providers have to bring to operators a reactive after-sales services solution. That’s why our telecom customer asks us to repair its equipments. The challenge ? To manage the reparation of nearly 600 references (indoor and outdoor telecom products, wireless, servers) responding to cost and deadlines goals.

SOLUTION

To meet this challenge, we proposed to our customer a global reparation service thanks to the expertize of our two repair centers specialized in telecom in France & Morocco. We analysed all products returns thanks to advanced diagnosis tools, developed by our teams, to identify failures. We performed troubleshooting before sending them back to the final customer. For more reactivity, wehave developed an organization dedicated to this activity : purchase and supply, planning, engineering, maintenance & equipment calibration, quality, logistics.

RESULTS

Thanks to this global solution adapted to its needs, we can propose to our customer an effective and reactive after-sales service to satisfy his own customers. With an TAT (Turn Around Time) from 48 hours to 10 days, we repair approximately 60 000 products per year.
