Skills development : our employees graduated !

Launched in 2012, our securing & upgrading skills approach within Selha Group enabled our employees to strenghten their technical skills & experiences and to obtain a qualified diploma. In 10 years, more than 150 employees have obtained a CQPM (Certificate of Parity Qualification in Metallurgy) to have their professions recognized at the national level. This year, we are so proud to congratulate the 2022 promotion ! Back to the images of the awarding ceremony !

Early november, our 21 graduated received their certificate, testifying of the CQPM success. An important moment in a working life to congratulate the personnal commitment, but also the professional recognition.

CQPM, kézako ?

The CQPM (Certificate of Parity Qualification in Metallurgy) are certifications established by industrial companies and recognized at the national level in order to validate professional skills and know-how. This year, three differents courses have been followed by 21 of our employees : manager of autonomous production team, cable fitter of equipped printed circuit board and industrial & autonomous production member with additional mention (coating, collage & potting on electronic board).

An unprecedented additional mention

Thanks to the support of our partners UIMM (Union of Industries in Metallurgy) and one of our aerospace customer. Until recently, it did not exist any national reference fo these specific skills. This spécification enables us to recognize and to promote these trades at the heart of our group’s know-how.

To continue the responsible employer approach

Within the group, we are so proud to pursue this approach on all group’s production sites. Revaluing of know-how, professional recognition, employability development & multi-skiling teams because we really want to strengthen these values for the future.

Sincere congratulations to all the graduates and all the teams mobilized to make this adventure a succes !
