Skills development is a key commitment at Selha Group. Since 2012, our professiona development initiative has enabled operators to enhance and formalize their expertise through CQPM certification (industry-recognized vocational qualifications in the French metalworking sector). More than 200 employees have obtained a CQPM certification, strenghtening both their expertise and long-term employability.
