Tech-up Corner

Accelerating innovation within our regions

Since 2022, the Tech-up Corner, our industrial accelerato based a tour Site in Normandy has been supporting startupsin the developmment and industrialization of innovative product. With access to our experts, industrial resources and partner network, startups can transform ideas into market-ready products. To date, 18 startups have already been supported helping strenghten and technological attractivenss within the region.

Tech-up Academy

Training the next generation of talent

In 2024, after several years of developing our internal training organization, we launched the Tech-up Academy, atraining scholl dedicated to electronics professions. Located <ithin our production facility in Cossé-le-Vivien, the Academy was created to adress the growing skills needs of the electronics industry while prserving industrial know-how within our regions.

Industry week

Opening our doors and showcasing industrial carrers

Every year, during Franch Industry Week, we welcome middle school, high scholl and university students to discover ou industrial activities and professions. These visits help reate connections with youngers generations, challenge misconceptions about industry, and potentially inspire future carreers in electronics and manufacturing.

Coming together for a meaningful cause

Every October, Selha Group teams mobilize to support breast cancer awareness and research, a cause that is particulary important to us. Awareness workshops, step challenges, photo challnges and participation in local charity walks and runs are among the many initaitves through which our employees demonstrate the commitment both within the Group and across local communities.
