Renaz\u00e9, May 21, 2025<\/strong> – Selha Group is pleased to announce that its offer to acquire the operations of Eolane Valence has been officially approved by the Paris Commercial Court. This decision represents \u00e0 key milestone in the group\u2019s growth stat\u00e9gy, as a leading player in the French electronics industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the inegration of the Eolane Valence site, Selha Group expends its industrial footprint in the South East of France and strengthens its position in key markets as industry, energy and healthcare. This operation also marks a step change for Selha Group, which now reaches critcal mass over 1000 employees and five sites accross France & Morocco, The groupe is reinforcing its ability to support larger-scale industrial projects, while maintaining its agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition alors ensures the retention of 116 jobs and the preservation of the site\u2019s expertise, thereby guaranteeing the continuity of operations in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the transfer of activities effective as of today, the integration process is now underway, including a change in the site\u2019s identity and the gradual adoption of Selha Group\u2019s standards and tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
