Quality of Work Life week 2026: exploring well-being in a new way
As part of the 2026 Quality of Work Life (QWL) week, Selha Group invted its employees to enjoy a sensory break dedicated to relaxation and well -being. From olfactory and sound relaxation to reflexoloy and seated Amma massage, four days of activities were organized across four sites, with more 220 employees taking part.
2026 CSR Challenge: Safety at the heart of a collective and solidarity-focused challenge
For its fourth edition, Selha Group’s CSR Challenge put workplace safety at the heart of the game. Over two weeks, 30 teams took part in challenges designed internally around safety awareness and prevention. The initiative also raised nearly €2,000 for the SPA animal welfare organization.
