For this assesment as part of the Engaged CSR Label, Selha Group has achieved the Exemplary level. This recognition highlights our CSR approach and, above all, the way it is translated into concrete pratices across the Group.
A demanding and independent assesment
Awarded by AFNOR Certification, the Engaged CSR Label assesses an organization’s level maturity in terms of corporate social responsibility. The framework is based in particular on the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the ISO 26000 standard.
Over a period of seven days, the assessment covered the different dimensions of our approach: governance and strategy, opeational implementation, results achieved stakeholder dialogue and local community engagement.
The objective was to access not only the commitments made, but also how they are implemented in pratice and the results achieved.
The exemplary level: concrete recognition
Following the assesment, several strenghts of Selha Group’s approach were highlighted including:
- the strenght of our governance and the consistency of our CSR roadmap
- the integration of CSR into our organization and decision-making processes
- the quality of our social climate and employee management ;
- the structured approach and management of our environmental commitments
